Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or otherwise engaging with any service offered by shopdecor Store, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not use any of shopdecor Store's offerings. Where you access our services on behalf of a company or other organization, you affirm that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use shopdecor Store's services exclusively for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless shopdecor Store has granted you written authorization to do otherwise. The following activities are prohibited:

• Trying to obtain unauthorized entry to our systems, user accounts, or inventory databases

• Submitting fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed with no intention of receiving the goods
• Reselling shopdecor Store products for commercial profit without our explicit written consent

Product Information and Pricing

shopdecor Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to correct it and to cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; shopdecor Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by shopdecor Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute, or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on shopdecor Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "shopdecor Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to shopdecor Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any shopdecor Store content without our explicit written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by shopdecor Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities conducted under your account. You must inform shopdecor Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are also responsible for supplying accurate, up-to-date contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for ensuring that third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, shopdecor Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to damages for incidental loss or delivery delays. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. shopdecor Store is not liable for failures or delays in service resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of shopdecor Store's services shall first be submitted to shopdecor Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

shopdecor Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Should we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using shopdecor Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
